Training in Comprehensive Care in Sexual Violence for members of the Health Care Sector

Training in Comprehensive Care in Sexual Violence for members of the Health Sector, based on the Model of Comprehensive Health Care for Victims of Sexual Violence of the Ministry of Social Protection.

This project was carried out in 12 departments: Amazonas, Arauca, Boyacá, Caquetá, Casanare, Guainía, Guaviare, Huila, Meta, Tolima, Vaupés and Vichada. Among the developments of this project are: 1) the construction of training methodologies and instruments adapted to the characteristics and needs of the regions where the workshops were held; 2) the development of territorial articulation and coordination actions with Territorial and local Health Directorates, EPS and IPS of each department; and 3) the realization of 12 training workshops aimed at the socialization of the Model of Comprehensive Health Care for Victims of Sexual Violence.
