Sinergias renews its Board of Directors

In order to consolidate the growth and expansion of Sinergias, changes are being made within the organization. One of these is the election of the new Board of Directors, which was officially welcomed on June 10.

The challenge of the new members will be to work hand in hand with the General Management of Sinergias during the next two years to strengthen the projects currently being developed by the organization in the country, especially in Vaupés and Cauca, and strengthen the ties that have been created in different areas where the organization has had a presence such as the departments of Guainía, La Guajira, Amazonas, among others.

Likewise, and given the expansion of the organization, during the meeting the mission, vision and strategic objectives of Sinergias were reviewed in order to respond to the needs that arise from the growth of the organization.

In this sense, efforts will be joined to further strengthen the projects that respond to the lines of action of education for diversity, productive projects, food sovereignty, healthy housing and environment.

The members that make up the new Board of Directors and will lead this great challenge are: Diana Zeudy Bermúdez (president), Rosalina Sánchez (secretary), María Camila Rodríguez (member), Patricia Reyes (alternate), and Pablo Martínez (alternate).

Finally, the Sinergias team is especially grateful to the Rodríguez Van der Hammen family for their hospitality in providing their facilities for the meeting, which allowed, thanks to the valuable contributions of all members, to rethink the work of Sinergias in order to continue with sustainable growth.
