Diagnosis of prevention and reduction of anemia in early childhood in Sucre, Nariño and Chocó

What is the project about?

We created a methodological proposal to diagnose the current situation of comprehensive early childhood care and the territorial capacity to implement the program for the prevention and reduction of nutritional anemia in the departments of Sucre, Nariño and Chocó.

What did we do?

In order to improve the institutional and territorial capacity of the health secretariats (departmental and municipal) of the departments of Sucre, Nariño and Chocó, we proposed a methodology to diagnose the status of comprehensive care for children under five years of age, in the program of Prevention and Reduction of Anemia in Early Childhood.
