Child Nutrition Award (2019) by Fundación Éxito

Recognizing the importance of working for children's health in the country, the Éxito Foundation acknowledges the work of several organizations that promote child nutrition. In its Health category, the Foundation awarded the project Improving Access to Maternal and Child Health Services with an Intercultural Approach in 18 Rural Indigenous Communities in Vaupés, which, among other achievements, significantly reduced the proportion of acute malnutrition and obesity in children under 5 years of age.
