I am a doctor from the National University of Colombia with a master's degree in public health from the University of Washington. I have professional experience in medical care, collective interventions, and public health research in intercultural contexts. I have worked for six years at Sinergias, specializing in maternal and child health care in Cauca and Huila and in neglected infectious diseases among indigenous groups in the Colombian Amazon, as well as in primary health care and mental health in the department of Vaupés. I am a member of the Sinergias board of directors and serve as a technical advisor on various projects for the organization.
