Doctor from the Industrial University of Santander. Specialist in Psychiatry from the National University of Colombia, Specialist in Medical Education from the University of La Sabana. With studies in Public Policy for Forcibly Displaced Populations at the University of Valle and in Community Mental Health at the University of Chile. With experience in the design and implementation of public policies and technical guidelines in Mental Health, Gender Equality, and Gender Violence with an emphasis on Sexual Violence. With research experience in mental health and gender violence among indigenous ethnic groups and populations affected by the armed conflict in Colombia. Lecturer and researcher at the Industrial University of Santander.
