Yeison Gutierrez

I am an indigenous person from the Cubeo ethnic group of the Jejenava clan in the community of Santa Marta in the ASOUDIC area. I am a public health technician who graduated from the Vaupés regional SENA, and I have experience as part of the immediate response team for COVID-19 in the municipality of Mitú. I am currently part of the Sinergias team, supporting community processes for the control, prevention, and management of neglected infectious diseases and strengthening health governance capacities with different associations of traditional indigenous authorities in the department of Vaupés.
