Strengthening indigenous communities within the framework of sustainable territorial planning

In this project, a project development module was developed with indigenous communities from five indigenous reserves in the middle Caquetá River area, as part of the diploma course for strengthening administrative capacities for territorial management of Amazon Conservation Team, Universidad de los Andes and Sinergias. We also managed the implementation of an intercultural health model for this area and advocacy actions to mitigate the effects of mercury contamination in the communities of the area.
